Any information collected on this site resulting from setting up an account and processing your order will never be shared or sold and will be kept confidential. If you join our mailing list leaving your email address, you will receive promotional and marketing material on our range of products from time to time. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list please send us an email to unsubscribe at anytime.

Payments made via the website are processed securely by using Paypal and payment information (bank account details or credit card numbers) is not viewed or stored at My Busy Bag.

Prices
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may be subject to change at our discretion and without notice.

Stock availability
Every attempt is made by us to ensure all listed products are in stock and will be available for delivery, unless otherwise stated "OUT OF STOCK". In the unlikely event that an ordered product suddenly becomes unavailable and out of stock, we will contact you promptly to either organise an alternative design or product, cancel and change your order or organise a full refund. If there is something you would like to purchase and is stated out of stock, please contact us by phone on (02) 9579 5575 or send us an email to orders@mybusybag.com.au and we will let you know when it will be available.

Faulty goods
Items stocked by My Busy Bag are high quality and are checked before being packaged and sent to you. However, should you receive a faulty item please contact us within 14 days by phone on (02) 9579 5575 or send us an email to orders@mybusybag.com.au to arrange an exchange. You will not be charged postage for the exchange.

Returns & exchanges
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily exchange or provide a refund for the item. The goods must be returned at the customer's expense and in the same condition as they were sent, in original packaging and not soiled or damaged. My Busy Bag reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if these conditions are not met.

Delivery charges are not refundable and additional delivery charges will be incurred by the customer to post the replacement item(s).

Sale items are not refundable.

To request an exchange or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item by phone on (02) 9579 5575 or send us an email to orders@mybusybag.com.au first to advise that you will be returning the goods and whether you would like to make an exchange or receive a refund.

Loss and damage in transit
My Busy Bag will not be held accountable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and all risk passes to the customer upon delivery at Australia Post. However, should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us by phone on (02) 9579 5575 or send us an email to orders@mybusybag.com.au.

Product design & colour, images & measurements
We make every effort possible to describe, display and portray our products clearly and accurately. Designs and colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website and marketing material to the actual product. Computer monitor display settings vary and can affect the way product colours appear. We cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepancies.

Images and measurements stated on our website should be regarded as illustrative and for informational purposes only. Measurements will be an approximate only, of the product(s) size and dimensions.
