Ordering & delivery

Accepting Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and debit card and payments are processed via Paypal. Paypal is a secure payment gateway and your bank information is not viewed or stored on the My Busy Bag website. You don't need to have a Paypal account to use your credit card or debit card.

We also accept direct deposits into our bank account and detail will be given upon checkout. Payments usually takes 24 hours to be received by My Busy bag. Orders will be processed within two business days once received.

Ordering online
The easiest way to order from My Busy Bag is to do so though our website shopping cart. At checkout you can register, login or complete your postage details. You can also select your delivery preference (standard, registered or express) and if you would like gift wrapping.

Ordering by phone
If you want to phone us to ask questions and place your order please call +61 2 9579 5575.

Our business hours are 10am - 5pm AEST/AEDT Monday to Friday. If we miss your call please leave a message with a convenient time for us to call you back.

Ordering by email
If you would like to order by email please send an email to orders@mybusybag.com.au and include the product(s) name(s) and design(s) and where you would like us to send it. Please advise your preferred method of payment and provide a phone number in case we have any queries.

International Orders
We are able to fulfil orders from overseas. The easiest way to order is via the website shopping cart where you can use your credit card via Paypal to make payment. You can also order by sending an email to orders@mybusybag.com.au or phoning us on +61 2 9579 5575 during our business hours (see contact page for details).

Delivery in Australia
Orders are sent via Australia Post and the postage cost is calculated on the weight of your order. We use Standard Parcel Post, Registered Post and Express Post. Your packages are posted from Sydney metropolitan.

We have the option to select free delivery to postcodes 2210, 2222 and 2223.

Orders, including Express Post deliveries will be sent within two business days of receiving the order and payment.

Loss and damage in transit
My Busy Bag will not be held accountable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and all risk passes to the customer upon delivery at Australia Post. However, should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us by phone on (02) 9579 5575 or send us an email to orders@mybusybag.com.au.

Standard Parcel Post
Standard Parcel Post is a reliable and efficient service. Delivery is 1 - 5 days from lodgement date. Compensation up to $50 for loss or damage during carriage may be paid at Australia Post's discretion upon production of a receipt or other proof of lodgement which will be held by My Busy Bag for three months.

Tracked Standard Post Satchels
Standard Parcel Post is a reliable and efficient service. Delivery is 2 - 5 days from lodgement date. A tracking number is supplied and the cost is only a little more than standard parcel post. Compensation up to $50 for loss or damage during carriage may be paid at Australia Post's discretion upon production of a receipt or other proof of lodgement which will be held by My Busy Bag for three months.

Express Post within Australia
Express Post is a guaranteed next business day delivery service.

Australia Post will deliver your parcel the next business day within the Express Post domestic network. If your parcel is not delivered as guaranteed the postage will be refunded by Australia Post on production of the barcode number on the 'sender to keep' tab (which My Busy Bag will keep for three months). Prompt delivery on a non-guaranteed basis is given to Express Post articles posted to places outside the guaranteed network. Compensation up to $50 for loss or damage during carriage may be paid at Australia Post's discretion upon production of a receipt or other proof of lodgement which will be held by My Busy Bag for three months.

International Delivery
Orders are sent via Australia Post and the postage cost is calculated on the weight of your order. We use Standard Airmail Parcel Post We offer Registered Post and Express Post as additional options and we can provide costs based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. Your packages are posted from Sydney metropolitan.

Orders, including Express Post deliveries will be sent within two business days of receiving the order and payment. Email and phone orders paid for by direct deposit will be sent within two business days once the payment has been received.

Standard Parcel Post is a reliable and efficient service. Delivery is 3 - 10 days from lodgement date. Compensation up to $50 for loss or damage during carriage may be paid at Australia Post's discretion upon production of a receipt or other proof of lodgement which will be held by My Busy Bag for three months.

Registered International Post
Registered Post International is an added security service for parcels up to 2kg to almost any address in the world.

Features of Registered Post are:
* Delivery within 3-10 working days
* Each article has a unique identification number
* Proof of posting (held by My Busy Bag for three months)
* A signed record of delivery to most countries

Extra Cover (Insurance) for International Orders
